How to return products:
Returns can be made within 14 days. Sending a return form is a requirement, otherwise we cannot process your return. The packing slip that you find with your order also serves as your return form. Pack your items in the original packaging.
Returns received outside the 14-day return period will be automatically returned to the sender.

How can I exchange my products:
On your return form you can indicate which size you would like to receive. As soon as your return has been processed in our AB Warehouse, we will send you the correct size. Return costs are for the customer.
How do I receive my money:
As soon as our AB Warehouse has received and approved your return, you will receive a refund within 5 – 10 working days.
To receive a refund, the return item(s) must be returned in original condition with your packing slip.
Returns with signs of use or without labels are therefore not accepted.
Please note that the amount will only be refunded after receipt and verification, this can take up to 7 working days.
